Health can mean many different things to many different people. At South West Foundation Council we work to keep people healthy. We help to ensure people are living in healthy environments and offer advice and information on health, well being and activities that you can be involved in.

The council work closely with the NHS to deliver activities to help you get, or stay, healthy. You can find out more about these activities on the Choosing Health pages.
